It's hard to predict. But, I don't think it takes that long to get that level based on the agreements Epgl have right now. But, the most annoying thing for me is, it is still trading on the lowest tier for some reason, where the majority of stocks are scams - pink sheet, that is killing this stock from going to parabolic despite all these extraordinary events, imho. How many pink sheet company can have these kind of blessings from the multiple billion dollars companies?
We do have disagreement here with each others on what is important and what is not and everybody has a point. But I believe, higher tier and fully sec reporting is the most important catalyst to attract decent investors, which eventually stabilize the pps, imho.
