Lets make this just as simple as possible so even a 10-year old can understand it. Someone just see's a PR regarding a 110mil share buyback. Someone new that has never invested in this company, but, knows that if the 110mil is what they see first, and understand it to be a 'buyback', what are they next to logically think? Anyone want to guess?
Simplicity says: Ok, that's good news, but what of the 110mil are we talking about? Anyone? Float? Anyone Outstanding? Anyone?
You see there boys and girls, what is it to send out a PR of a buyback, when no one knows from WHAT a buyback is coming from?
