I was at the meeting and following things were said...!!
. If they get an offer he cant refuse then he will sell the HU projekt, right now its going very good for HU.
. By March 2015 the mega prawn farm will produce 2-3000 ton shrimp and therefore make up for the aprox 60 million usd that will be needed for developing the farm. Solomon said that it will finans it self after march 2015.
. Because of Chinas goverment decided that they need more beef in the country, they have made an agrement with aussie and there beef is tax free and therefore a lot cheaper then sinos beef. Thats why they are going to sell more high end beef like wagu where they wont copmetet against aussie beef. That will take aprox 2-3 years to make that transition from beef to high end beef, so right now they are countiuing there beef production as is.
. They are trying to give dividens by 2015 may i think
. Their distrubitaon center in Shanghai was very intressing and if they succed in shanghai then they will do that all around the big cities in China. The distrubitaion center hade 5 elements: Tesco or Wenge or somthing that owns 1600 stores cross china. they will have their meet, prawns, eels, fish and all other things they will sell trough tesco not only beef.
. The online shopping produce 30 million usd for a small company last year and therefore Sino will get at it and he was very optimistic about it.

Finally he said that the Mega prawn farm would be the biggest in china and if not in the world. that projekt must the baby of the company and he said something that it was benefitial with the taxes, i couldnt grasp every thou =)...!!
. The listing is coming sooner than later and hopefully by end of the year it will get listed, he was a little quite about it but said that good things will come very soon
