I am presently holding 8000 shares of a spinoff company from Worldwide Investments, Inc. (WNTR) which was to be listed on your exchange. The information I have is that it was to be listed by the company president, Mr. Les Barker and GCHI Green Company Holding is based in Toronto. The latest information I have is that the ISN NUMBER ISD ca36162u1012, CUSIP IS 3612u101. I am inquiring to see if there is any current application to the CSE for the registration of this company at this time and, if so, when is the expected date that shares will be eligible for trading. In Canada, a company cannot state that it will be listing on a stock exchange without explicit permission from the exchange, which the CSE has not granted. While the Company may intend to apply for an application, it cannot state that it will be listed. Furthermore, GCHI is not a public company in Canada (“reporting issuer”) so the shares will not qualify for listing here until that happens.
