Based on some research I feel the suspension resulted from a combination of Ebola News and their financial not justifying the news (lack of R&D budget). If the company is able to provide the information required by the SEC. The suspension should be lifted and continue to trade in the OTC Market. It might not be allowed to continue to be a SEC reporting company, due the number of times that you can be delinquent on your filings

I will be honest I own some shares in this company and hope that I will not end in the grey sheets. We will all have to wait and see what happens on December 5th.
