You said and I quote " Nuclear news is expected" that means a PR. That's what I am talking about. There won't be a pr until the SEC has cleared everything. When you say joint him working on joint ventures and what not, I don't disagree with that, he can certainly do that, but putting out a pr about it before the symbol is issued is another case.
