Yes I understand the FACT that there was a reverse split that took place and brought this stock to .15, but even so it does not explain the FACT that afterwards the stock climbed to $1.20, giving the investor a return of 700%.

I understand the FACT that Boomerang is priced above .80, and I also understand the FACT that Dennis owns 47 million in Common Stock that he can use at anytime.

So yes, I understand the FACTS, and I also understand the FACT that anything could happen with this stock.
