if they called you and they are in belief of the nss theory then something should have been done by now. If there really is a nss don't expect them to ever be confronted if its not resolved when you communicate with the very own people that are supposed to be monitoring it. The tangled web is if there is a nss then the only way the company survives is if the company executes. If not they die either legitimately or by abusive shorts only speeding up the death.

The companies fate is in there own hands not some MM playing games. No one is going to help them but themselves! IMO
