Yes, frustrating, but after such a deep retrace, it takes time for a mass of shorters to get out unburned with their profits, and CPST has a mass of shorters.

Without significant news and retail mostly out, major momo turns usually start out slow with small steps and slow churns as momo changes and advances.

PPS is still consolidated, and price swings are getting tighter.

Today the Bi-weekly Short Report will come out. We will see, then, if this trend continues.
