Get APRU out of the hands of the incompetent management at Livewire. Their track record is nothing short of a train wreck with allegations of securities fraud.

APRU can do much better attracting a strategic that understands the beverage industry, has a history of success, developed sales channels and can deliver much needed funding.

Whatever was the motivating force behind bringing Livewire into the picture, it sure wasnt to advance APRU or its products imo.
