What has Frank Russo done for YOU lately?

Because SOMEHOW he is doing some things for Leigh Valentine Beauty Cosmetics:
"FBC will manage the sales, distribution and marketing for the cosmetics company. FBC will begin with an immediate investment in the company's infrastructure, web site, and inventory."

How is he doing that?
The last financial statement filed by the company (earlier this month) said that the company had $9,132 in Cash and $6,853,924 in Current Liabilities.
