Not sure, i think maybe there is alot of focus and attention waiting to see what happens with the Swiss vote, if it passes that should signal a trigger i would think ad turn the trend up, if it doesn't then the good ol manipulation continues.

Me personally i would be surprised if it passes because there methods and policies is about like ours, gotta love those central banks.
