JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Comments on the Merger Agreement With APO Health, Inc.
LAS VEGAS, NV, Apr 27, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER") (OTC: JPHC) today provides its shareholders with comments on the merger agreement entered into with APO Health, Inc. ("APO"), which was fully disclosed in a Current Report filed by APO Health, Inc. Tuesday, April 25, 2006, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Management of the Company feels that the negotiated price of $0.005/common share the shareholders will receive in the common stock exchange with APO is a substantial improvement in shareholder value.
