No one said the SEC would get involved in a civil suit. They will go after Treaty themselves for fraud and it will most likely be turned over to the US Attorney for a criminal case. You and I both know Treaty is nothing but a scam pump and dump but I don't blame you for trying to salvage your investment. The problem is it is too late and you picked the wrong company to bet on. Penny stocks never will be anything but a gamble at best and pseudo law won't get anyone's money back but good luck trying. It just won't help LOL.
