My point is that I don't think you are allowed to change the name and RS at the same time because it would be misleading and confusing to the market. They have RS'd, I would expect the name change to be imminent. I don't know about it being "fishy", it's all a moot point to me at the moment unless they manage to get relisted. Only other choice is to sell and take a tax loss.
