Maybe Nasrat didn't really buy at 200k worth at.30 and sold everything at .97 and is fooling the SEC.

Maybe the tech doesn't work and the BE studies were fabricated and they didn't have great results on the HAL studies, and everything they( Camrgo and Elite)brought to the FDA was all smoke and mirrors.

May embeda doesn't have stability problems and will have their drug in pharmacies by Wed.

Maybe they don't really have a building and aren't expanding space and leadership and Nasrat still works at his old job and didn't loan the company 1 million in an unsecured loan.
