From this can be deduced that Mr. Speckert and Mr. Fortin and Mr. Voaden are the puppet masters who have paid for the dissemination of the MicroCap MarketPlace mailer making it very likely that they are the owners of the 30,500,000 shares being sold to unsuspecting investors.
