You're right: a refi could be in the cards that will make me look like an idiot. At least I'll be a happy one! I'm just speculating, and part of that speculation is that they have paid BAM their money on time, but not paid DMRJ their money on time. BAM and other lenders have to be able to see that, and make assumptions on Implant's ability to cover debt service based upon signed contracts.
