WEBSITE UPDATE 11/24/14

Monday November 24, 2014

I am pleased to say that we have accumulated all our books and records so the accountant can start catching up on our finanicals. In addition, Marcie has started marketing the fudge in buckets to her cake community market via facebook and other ways with distributors. This JUST FUDGE decision may have been the BEST decision I have made since going public in 2008. I wish I could turn back the clock as I am sure many CEOs wish they could BUT the change is being done before GNGR continued on that scatter brain path. We delivered some cases to our distributor today for delivery today to his customers locations. More fudge being delivered tomorrow to our Butcher store customers.

With our new distributor we are discussing newly hired commission sales reps to cover specific locations such as:
- Florists
- Bakeries (fudge buckets) for filings and cake baking needs
- Gourmet markets
- 7-11 and Delis
- Butcher meat stores
- Card and gift stores (hallmark type stores)
- big box stores (some we had sold to and new ones who are interested)

Currently the distributor is handling all sales and delivery. each case of 24 sells for $216 ($9.00 per unit) and we include 2 FREE with each case (total 26) Distribution commission is 20% of the wholesale price. I cant get into specifics but we are NETTING more than 50% after all costs, commissions and overhead on each case (including the cost of the 2 free fudges per case order)

Liquor stores would be HUGE$$$$$ but unfortunately they are not allowed to sell non liquor items due to the grocery store lobbyists.
((( RATS )))
HOWEVER! we may be able to find a loop hole by those stores giving away a FREE one pound fudge with any $XX.XX purchase (meaning, if you buy ONE mini 1 oz. liquor bottle for $12.00 you get a free fudge. Ill see what I can do but getting a way to have them sell in a round about way, Liquor stores would be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

We cant break the rules BUT we may be able to bend them in our favor.

I will keep everyone posted on progress.
