no....i beg to differ...these offshore accounts are not governed by united states law. the SEC has no teeth to stop this naked short selling...the only thing the SEC can do is harm the people who play fair and by the rules and by the book...regular folks like us get burned by naked short sellers...imagine how rich we would be if everyone was allowed to naked short sell and never NEVER have to cover our short position? ohhh my gawwwdddd....I need to open an off shore account and get into this criminal activity.
