. Justin Marek to the Company’s Board of Directors
and
the resignation of Mr. Robert Gowans as the Company
’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Boar
d.
The Company further reports that, as of today’s dat
e, Mr. Earl Marek, existing Director of the board,
has been
appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board and will serve until the nex
t
annual general meeting.
The Company remains on the NEX Board of the TSX Ven
ture Exchange. Trading in the Company’s securities
remains suspended. The Company remains vigilant in
pursuing all available options for the shell.
