What I meant was that its gone by 6 months. What happens between now and then is the events that lead to its being gone by 6.

Holiday bullshit sales of clearance items (all Inventory), throught end of the year. Either by Jan or Feb. List building FOR SALE and hope to close by April and be gone. Thats 6 months from now.
