I have changed my mind about the "wholly owned" nonsense. If Amato claims he has nothing to do with the website, that it is all QEDN's doing, and if the EMF website, a creation of QEDN, states that EMF is a wholly owned subsidiary, then it probably is. Perhaps it never was Amato's, which makes sense considering the creation date of Emerald Med Farms' website and the date of its Nevada incorporation.

The question then arises, WHO actually registered Emerald Med Farms in Nevada? Amato or QEDN?
