media division is wholly owned by ntek as is 4k studios etc. Any spinoff etc would greatly benefit all shareholders and there will not be any new ticker, period

Then why incorporate it as it's own entity? I guarantee they're about to try launching a new ticker and current NTEK holders will be lucky to get a fraction of their holdings back in a stock dividend, and then those shares will be restricted and cost hundreds to have their legends removed. This is old-school pennyland scam. Hasn't been tried in a while because it was overused and not many fall for it now.
