what is that supposed to mean...? read it several times and cant decipher your point

the market and ANY capitalistic enterprise IS ABOUT SELFISH INTERESTS! period. that is why one goes into business to increase their wealth, quality of life, pride, sense of accomplishment, or the other guy cant do it right. it is all selfish. being selfish is NOT evil regardless of how it is generally portrayed. being selfish is what keeps us alive as one has to take care of their own being to continue existing.

however, there is a BIG difference between being selfish and using/abusing others to get to one's goal. fraud, deceit, misdirection, blatantly manipulation, etc are not acceptable in the markets. one can pursue selfish interests and lift people up and align with those who have their own selfish interests. a basic example is a guy who starts a business and starts hiring people and employs profit sharing. by aligning and catering to his employees' selfish interests - he pursues his own.

philosophy aside - you, once again, failed to address any of the data points or issues i presented in the posts. the company NUTT just acquired appears to have one product (maybe two if the juice is still around but i couldnt find it) that is not readily available, has few user reviews since it was launched in 4/12 with a bodybuilder celebrity who quickly ended his relationship with the company, and is now heavily discounted on Amazon.

it appears the ONLY reason this product received any press was due to the relationship with Jay Cutler (bodybuilder - not the BEars QB). further, this product appeals to a very, very small segment of the population as it just isnt a product anyone would use unless they are body building or training at a very high intensity. now, there are certainly plenty of want to be gym hopefuls that might try this product any hope it adds muscle/definition instead of actually working out - but they will soon stop using it once they realize it isnt a miracle product.

so - what did we actually buy? what are their revenues in 2012, 2013, and 2014? why is the product being heavily discounted on Amazon and other online retailers (that i could find) down to $21.99 with a retail/launch price of $74.99? further - what economies of scale would NUTT provide to more widely distribute/advertise for this product and/or produce internally to drive down costs and increase GMs?

THOSE are the things that GROW and DRIVE business - particularly in the M&A side of business. there is no synergy (i hate that word but it definitely applies here) between this supplement and honey. if there is - please enlighten the board.
