That is something I can agree with. This is why Power Pizza deal was on the table. Power Pizza can well be the next Papa John's, or California Pizza (which in 1992 - 5 years after first location - was purchased by PepsiCo for 67% ownership for $100 million for the 26 locations).

Someone is trying to cap this not to move over .0019 today (.0019 is MA200)
