nope...and dont count on the sec to help GNCP shareholders....the only way to stop abusive naked short selling of GNCP is for people to complain about it.....and do you know what the SEC will do about it? they will halt the stock so the offshore acounts can not naked short GNCP and then the SEC will delist the ticker of GNCP.....that is what GNCP is faceing....I am applying for an account that allows me to naked short sell to sell shares i do not have and shares i have no intention to buy back...just sell shares recklessly over and over and over....i want to play on the uneven playing field.
