The problematic part of it is that they had the Chad block for over 3 years during which they went though $12 million in operating expenses (important things like pay cheques and travelling to conferences) while not having spent a single dime on exploration ! They then had to go to the debt well to get the $400 000 to get the magnetic study done !

If anyone can rationalize such ridiculous inefficiency in allocating cash flow then I would really love to hear it !
