IMDS stopped going to RSNA a few years back. We all know they are nothing than a shell company now. What do they actually do- other than sue themselves. They sell nothing, have millions in debt to vendors, millions in IRS liens, no product, no more stock to sell. So what do they do? Why are they still in business?

Other than to pay off Linda's tax liens, what is their purpose.
