You're kidding yourself if you think there will be any substantial news soon. The class action provides the perfect cover to keep quiet. Maybe a BTD in liver or melanoma in Jan/Feb but a partner is most likely not going to happen unless some regulatory body validates bavi in an indication first IMO. The world is on break until January anyway. News would be wasted before then. Enjoy the holidays.
