That accumulated debt you see is not the current debt that LVGI has but rather it shows the accumulated loss that LVGI has produced since it's inception. Basically, it shows that LVGI has had more net loss in certain years that outweighs any net income. Once LVGI starts producing a net income from year to year. That accumulated deficit will be slowly chipped away. But LVGI will have to produce over 17 million in net income in order to wipe out that Accumulated deficit and turn it into Accumulated Retained Earnings.
