The R/M I was involved in was TTD* and the letter of intent was pr on January 16th of this year. Both parties agreed to the terms on January 23 and was supposed to close on January 31st. It didn't close on that date because the attorney that signed the original opinion letter was deceased. So the company found a different lawyer (living lol) and the deal closed on March 3 rd. Hope that helps!
