"An auditor can't "sign off" on issuance's w/out BOD resolutions per FL law."
Since when does an auditor have to sign off on a share issuance? What the heck do share issuances have to do with the point that I was making, which was the failure to provide promised audited financial statements?
Please don't create any new rabbit holes...or crawl down any old ones (I remember this; https://www.scribd.com/doc/226851164/Olde-Monmouth-TEXX )....I won't be following. I merely linked the Emperial Edgar listing as evidence of Pierce's lack of follow through. I would have linked the press releases wherein he promised audited statements but they are gone.
Did you notice that there were a number of older news items on the company website that disappeared recently? I'd be more suspicious if there weren't a bunch of items missing from the OTCMarkets list as well. Apparently the Ihub news list hasn't caught whatever bug was running around.
