I remember vividly when you told me this:

"Mr. Vanis part in this is to help bring filings to TEMN and teach, after all, we do want transparency right?"

He's doing a simply smashing job so far. What was his advice: "Better late than never"?

Of course I don't know why you would expect him to be able to do something for this company that he can't do for his own. His company has filed Late Filing Notifications for every filing since March of 2012.

And yes we do want transparency. But not the kind of transparency that he provides to his shareholders. Here's an example from a shareholder letter released just two weeks ago:
"The Company cannot state actual revenues because they are being audited now for our Q1 ending 10/31/2014."

Can't state them? That's because there weren't any, isn't it (the quarter ended 4/30/14 revenues were $7,234)? He can't report company revenues for the year ended 7/31/2014 in the quarter ended 10/31/2014 just because they weren't audited when they should have been...you should tell him that if his auditors haven't.
He talks about selling numbers of cases, yet those sales aren't making their way to the financial statements in the form of dollars. People here should be watching for similar shenanigans.

This isn't the kind of guidance that this company....or any company....needs.
