"Why would they do that" you ask. The answer is obvious .... TO MAKE MONEY on people that don't do their own DD.

For purposes of providing a example of what their system does, here is a POS scam that still trades in the GRAY Market yet BEHOLD another 12 page research report from Reuters. Again, public information compiled into a "research report" that their system copies, pastes and prints for $20. The AJAC report is no different
