BUT IT CANT EVEN get into the consulting business without a Gro Pro system…..( HOW HARD can it be to PRODUCE just ONE system so other grow plots can buy it ????)

yeah INCC flush with FUNDS, right??? NOT REALLY, NO GRO PRO

and its had 6 months of marketing time to get "consulting clients" WHERE ARE THOSE??????

If Chaffee County gets a STATE license ( doesn't have one as of the August submittal, hhhmmm, whats up with that??/)………..SOMEONE OTHER THAN INCC will own the land and the MJ…..
