Per Dixie, Llamas pulls Sides' strings

In Dixie's complaint from the Red Dice lawsuit in which MJNA lost the wildly growing Dixie Elixirs, the plaintiff alleged that Llamas was still "playing an active role" in the management of MJNA, and implies that Sides is simply a figurehead:

31. Upon information and belief, following Michal Llamas stepping down as CEO, President and Chairman of MJNA, he continued to play an active role in the management of MJNA through his intermediary, Michelle Sides, the current COO.

I tend to believe that allegation.
