First of all, I repeat I like the company, but I disagree with you about this.

This is a public company, its not a private company. If there is a material event, at the minimum, there should be an 8-K filed, and a small news release for the shareholders/investors in the company.

Considering these guys are now a sub-penny, they dont technically have to file the way they would have if they were still OTC QB, but its good for shareholders/investor support in the company if your taking care of your news updates IMHO...GLTY...
