Mic ,,,,,, Great idea talking to management directly I have also been doing that for sometime. I have found them open and candid also pleasantly surprised from a strategy standpoint.

The issue with somebody relaying other conversations is its hard to translate tone of voice ,inflection, inferred information and what you as an individual take away from the conversation may be different than the next person that hears the same conversation or has a similar conversation.

That's the biggest reason I have relayed very little of what I considered private conversations. I feel like you are in for a treat I touched on many of the questions that were listed for Point I wanted to compare my take to Points conclusions.
