If the 0.0002s asking size could be reduced to 100M or less shares the strong hands would be willing to slap those cheap 0.0002s...

Another big problem here is: the new CEO has not assured the oold CEO's promise (to all the shareholders) yet! Which is: no any R/S plan for both 2014 and 2015!
