The max he could hold currently is 42,500,000 shares which if sold @ .0003 is a gigantic $12,750. It would take over 3 billion shares of FPFI to raise $1.25 million if the stock stayed at .0002 X .0003. This is not considering the other 17 Convertible Notes oustanding with discounts ranging from 30% to 50%. I think FPFI is quickly running out of investors to absorb all of this stock waiting to find a buyer.
