Analysts job is to sell stock, most of them are not good at their jobs. I heard the story this week of one that was so bad, institutions would hire him for his opinion then do the opposite. The guy actually won an award for this (something to tell mom about). If they don't show their work, then there is no way for anyone to tell how realistic they are. I don't think you can put a 12 month PT on ONCS because we are 2-3 years from any revenue, and revenue is what is needed to get a picture. I have a 3 year PT of $8 myself, but there is a great deal of space between here and there.
