Shorting is impossible in cheap crap stocks like mmtc unless they are covered shorts. A typical day has xxxxxx mmtc shares at ask and later in the day an identical amount executed on the bid. This is shorting. Dilution occurs as does shorting and price is relatively stable from day to day. But who cares when mmtc has gone from $375 to 2 cents and the common long is down only 99%?
