What would have helped here alot.

If they would have said something like this when you recieved the confirmation e-mail.

It would take out all of the guess work when you would reviceve your order. When you here nothing you start to wonder if your order is lost .

I want them to succeed .

I have a lot of shares currently in this company.

I believe in time this company will be very successful.
