For instance, how many of those shares were bought up in private, off-market transactions and thus had no effect on the float or stock price?

There are so many ways for Domion to buy, sell and trade shares and very few of these transactions are going to be publically declared.

The reality of what Dominion is or isn't doing can only be figured out by talking with those in the know.
