You have zero proof a deal is done with Vizio. A CTO doesn't sign off on deals. Showing a demo isn't a deal.

We all know every "deal" this company has had in the past has failed or never gotten off the ground.

No proof period. Show me a PR with Vizio management talking about this deal. No tweets or FB postings, but a Vizio PR. We already know an 8-K is out of the question.

This is all speculation. Speculation isn't a done deal. That's why the PPS is where it's at.
