Unfortunately, the only reason that OS isn't higher is because it was forced to cease dilution when the stock moved to no bid. Before it moved to no bid it was averaging some 7 millions shares a day being diluted or over 37 million shares each week. That's why it moved from 300 million to over 700 million so quickly. Once the stock moves above no bid the dilution mill will kick in again killing any chance of a 5-10 bagger or even a 3 bagger. Any move higher will be very short lived so be the first man out because when the selling starts it drops quickly and if you hesitate you will be holding a no bid stock again. They aren't prepared to dilute millions of shares, they are prepared to dilute billions and billions of shares.
