I for one know that this CEO is sick and tired of shareholders calling and emailing him constantly asking when PR's and Updates are coming. That's why he put out fluff to shut everyone up. So he's going to turn around and put himself in the same position the very next day, people calling and emailing and asking for updates? I don't think so!
This CEO does not like to answer emails, he's busy trying to open a restaurant, taking applications and conducting interviews. Look at the website under careers for proof.
Something shady is going on here and it's not from the CEO!
