The judge didn't dismiss the Protect_America suit, Lantern.

The application for dismissal was made by Eyetalk365.

The suit was dismissed, without reference to the judge, because Eyetalk365 made their application before Protect America had entered a defense.

Eyetalk365 can reboot the suit, at a later date, as the dismissal was made 'without prejudice'.
