It appears they heavily leveraged their play in this market on the possibility that the Florida amendment would pass.

We'll see if if UNGS stayed somewhat independent of that decision as things unfold (or don't) over the next 2-3 weeks. If the SKU’s actually go up on the website, then we will know. Of course, if they don’t then he just lied or miscalculated the market and ability to deliver a working web store and future deployment of vending machines all together and likely was betting on the Florida amendment as well. Assuming he has been telling the truth, I think he has been trying to go bigger than just Florida and was just opportunistic with Greenscape.

At this point, all we have is pictures, an embryonic working web store shell, two GoDaddy DNS place marks for bud bank and medbank, along with a Trademark submission for bud bank. There is likely a few other things I missed.

I find it intriguing that cubexsystems has the medbank trademark (http://cubexsystem.com/pharmacy-products/; http://cubexsystem.com/portfolio-view/cubexrx-med-veterinary-controlled-substance-management/ ; http://trademark.markify.com/trademarks/uspto/medbank/86200794 ). Although I have no confidence that there is a connection with UNGS, if there were, this would be a major game changer. I just don’t see any value or resources Sylios would bring to a company like Cubex.

Other than opines of total failure or a possible upcoming R/S, some of the other speculation around why we haven’t seen the current quarterly and/or supplementals that usually follow his quarterly as near term updates are is rather intriguing.

The two big questions are whether there is a ghost/OEM manufacture behind Artemis or is it just a website (Some on this board have stated they have talked to Artemis), and whether or not we really have the SKU’s that will be loaded on the store site (and a real support organization behind it). An answer of yes to either of these (without a R./S) would make this quite a play. IMHO we will know the answer to at least one of these questions within the next 2-3 weeks.
